DENIS HOLMES – CEO
Denis’ motto is “help the suffering alcoholic and addict” going the extra mile to lead them on their journey to sober living. Denis brings to Beachway Therapy Center a wealth of experience, knowledge and understanding in addressing client’s needs after they leave treatment. He has been involved in multiple aspects of aftercare for clients and has his hands directly on the pulse of sober living in Delray Beach Florida. There are no limits that Denis will take to assist clients while personally exhibiting years of credibility within the local community and when others speak of him it is always with a kind word relating to how he cares about the suffering alcoholic and addict.
PAMELA EGAN – COO
Pamela Egan is originally from Delaware County Pennsylvania. She has over 10 years of experience in managing and creating companies. Pamela has a Bachelor of Science from Lynn University located in Boca Raton, Florida. Her path has been similar to many of our clients, and because of this she is passionate and professional about creating a small comfortable “home-like” environment for our clients to recover in.
DR. SHOBHA GUPTA, M.D. – MEDICAL DIRECTOR
DR. ERIC LEON – CHIROPRACTOR
Dr. Eric Leon received his Bachelors degree in Biological Sciences from FAU in 1997 and graduated Cum Laude from New York Chiropractic College in 2000. At NYCC he was also a member of the Phi Chi Omega honor society, which is based on scholastic performance. He has been in private practice in S. Florida since 2001. Dr. Leon is certified in Cervical and Lumbar spine rehabilitation and Drop Table adjusting through Chiropractic Biophysics, which is the most researched and documented chiropractic technique in existence. He has extensive practice dealing with chronic pain patients and has focused his practice on the addiction and chemical dependency treatment population.
WILLIAM SHLIFER, MSW, CAP – CLINICAL DIRECTOR
William received his Bachelors degree in Marketing from the University of Maryland College Park and his Masters of Clinical Social Work from Barry University in Miami, Florida. William has worked in all aspects of the substance abuse treatment field as a counselor, case manager, and behavioral health technician. William gained extensive experience as a therapist at the Palm Beach County Detention Center working with dual diagnosis cases specializing in grief and loss and behavioral modification. William has also worked as a therapist at the State Attorneys Office in Broward County working primarily with female victims of domestic violence. William specializes in cognitive-behavioral therapy, motivational therapy, and a strength based approach for clinical intervention. William thrives to help clients gain insight into their addiction and empower them to take ownership of their individual recovery process.
OLIVIA HOLMES, BA PSYCHOLOGY – DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES
Olivia Holmes is the director of human resources. She is a graduate from Florida Atlantic University with a Bachelors degree in Psychology. Olivia has extensive experience with employee relations and is the Director of human resources. Olivia provides a positive and personable environment for clients as well as employees.
STEPHEN HOWLEY – ADMISSIONS DIRECTOR
Stephen is a graduate of Edison State College. He has worked in the Substance Abuse field as a Director of Operations, Admissions Director, Admission Coordinator, Counselor and Group Facilitator. He has over 20 years of experience in management, logistics, and sales. He is an honorably discharged veteran of the United States Army.
ZANNA HOWLEY – OUTREACH DIRECTOR
Zanna is a Christian in recovery and is dedicated to helping families in need of substance abuse treatment. Zanna has been working in the substance abuse field for six years and is continuing her education in business.
